Male, Max 45 Years oldBachelor Degree in Psychology, Management, Law, Public Administration, TekhnikMin 3 years experience in Human Resources area and having experience in supervisor level Preferably having experience in mining industryWell understanding about man power regulation, recruitment and training, compensation benefit, payroll, industrial relation and performance appraisalGood interpersonal and leadership skillsWilling to be based in Sulawesi.
